Flight Manager Solutions
features an electronic "Operations Center" for flight following and tracking in
real-time. The Operations Center handles all of your day to day
flight scheduling and tracking activities.

Operations Center
The Operations Center is a multi-purpose form
consisting of a mini-calendar used to select the flight date, a flight
selection list for that date and a pageframe with 5 pages of closely
related information. Some of the operations
center features include:

A task list which can be used to record
open items for all people (a turnover or 'to do' list). They can set
reminders, as well as allow the information to cross-over to
schedulers and others who have access to this form. This
feature ascertains that the left hand always knows what the right
hand is doing.

Flight record information such as out,
off, on and in times, crew numbers, fueling information, delay codes
and times.

Jumpseat and courier information which
is cleared against no-fly list as it's entered.

Notes section that applies only to the
selected flights
Flight Timeline
The Flight Timeline is a
graphical presentation of color coded flight strips, displaying the
origin, flight number and destination of each active flight, sorted by
aircraft. Features of the
Flight Status
board include:

Color codes are used to
differentiate the visual status of a flight and are changed as the
status of a flight is updated. Each color represents a different phase of flight. These
colors are controlled by you, and apply to all users once you've
saved the preferences.

Data can be viewed in static or moving mode.

Data can be viewed
for a selected date and also 2, 5, 10 or 30 days forward from that
date.

The user can drill
down to obtain in-depth information on any flight selected, even if
it has not flown.
